To purchase a booth at the Small Business or Non-profit rate you must provide 
email proof of small business status or an **IRS Verification letter stating 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 status to soma-exhibits@kellencompany.com. Upon approval a discount code will be email to you. Limit 2 booths (10x20) receives discount.
Only after you submit this required information will the discount code will be provided to you. These** are the only accepted proof of Small Business or Non-Profit Status. 
Each 10’ × 10’ booth includes:
  • Pipe & drape (green and white)
  • One-line identification sign
  • Two Exhibit Staff Badge Registrations

All other materials including electricity, booth furnishings and freight handling must be ordered through Viper Tradeshow Services, the official service contractor company for SOMSA. Green fleck aisle carpet will be provided; for comfort and booth appeal floor covering is suggested, but not mandatory.

All sums paid by the exhibitor, less a service charge of 50 percent, will be refunded prior to February 1, 2022 should the exhibitor need to cancel. No refunds will be made on or after April 2, 2022.

All exhibitor and sponsor names, logos and descriptions will be listed on the SOMA Vendor Directory, located on the SOMA website, through July 30, 2022. The directory listing will provide your company with exposure to all SOMA members and website visitors. For more information on Exhibitor Enhancements, click here

Absolutely no shipments should be sent directly to the convention center, they will not be accepted.   Materials should be shipped to the Viper Tradeshow Services advanced warehouse, these costs are the exhibiting companies responsibility.   

Viper Tradeshow Services is the official service contractor for SOMSA 2022. A service kit will be emailed to the company contact provided during the application process. By signing up for a booth, you agree to keep your booth open, stocked and staffed until the end of the show. You will be fined for EARLY DISMANTLE AND BOOTH PACK UP, and may be prevented from participating in future SOMSA conferences. Book your travel based on the show hours.

Your exhibit booth fee includes two (2) exhibit hall only booth representative complimentary badges per 10x10 booth space. COMPLIMENTARY BADGES MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED BY April 1. ALL Onsite registrations will be $200Representatives are invited to all events held within the exhibit hall. These badges do NOT include conference registrations. Exhibit booth representatives must register as full assembly or single-day registrants at the prevailing rates in order to receive continuing education hours. Assembly registration can be accessed by visiting the SOMA Website.

Additional booth representative badges can be purchased in advance for $100 each or onsite for $200 and include access to the exhibit hall and SOMSA meals held in the exhibit hall during exhibit days, including the Welcome Reception. To receive your complimentary badges you must pre-register by April 1, 2022 using the link provided in your booth  confirmation email that was sent following your booth selection.
