Sponsoring an event, or item distributed to Scientific Assembly participants, is the most effective way for you to increase your ROI and show the medics, physicians, and other professionals attending SOMSA that you support them. SOMSA offers you many different options and levels of support to fit your marketing objectives and budget. Registrations, advertising and various levels of recognition are included as part of the fee, making sponsorship the best “bang for the buck” available. Commitments must be received by April 15, 2022

1. Padfolios - $15,000 Conference padfolios with your logo distributed to all attendees.
2. Welcome Reception Bars - $10,000 Sponsorship of the Welcome Reception bars provides attendees two complimentary drinks and bars will be branded with your logo and cocktail napkins.
3. Water Bottles - $10,000
Stay with attendees all year with your reusable water bottle branded with your logo.
4. Assembly Tote Bags - $10,000
Give participants a hand by providing a quality tote bag branded with your logo and the SOMA logo. These are always appreciated to carry all their Assembly materials.
5. Happy Hour Reception - $10,000 Engage with attendees One-on-One with a hosted one hour reception at the Raleigh Convention Center.
6. Educational Grant - $10,000Monetary contributions applied towards general Scientific Assembly support.
7. Continental Breakfast - $8,000 each (3 Available)
Help attendees kick-off their day by sponsoring breakfast at the convention center. Select one day or all three.
8. Lanyards - $8,000
Stay top of mind by sponsoring the Scientific Assembly lanyards branded with you logo. Provided by SOMA.
9. Medic of the Year Travel Funding - $5,000
Support SOMA's Medic of the Year recipients by providing funding that allows these heroes to attend the Scientific Assembly.
10. Charging Stations - $5,000 each
Help assembly participants keep their devices charged up by sponsoring an 8 port charging locker. Lockers will include custom branding as well as a display screen with your company's messaging.
11. Scientific Assembly Pens - $6,000 Every attendee will be reminded of your company as they use your branded pen. Pens will be stuffed in the tote bags and distributed to attendees at check-in.
12. Twitter Screen - $6,000
Help attendees follow the Scientific Assembly tweets. The Twitter feed will be branded with your logo and streamed via screens throughout the conference.
13. Educational Grant- $5,000
Monetary contributions applied towards general Scientific Assembly support.
14. Closing Reception - Food Station - $5,000 (six available)
The closing reception has replaced the traditional Mess Night Event and all participants are invited as part of the conference registration fee. This is a casual networking reception with no formal program. The food stations will be branded with your logo and cocktail napkins.
15. Refreshment Break - $4,000 each |five [5] available
Help keep attendees energized by sponsoring the coffee breaks in the exhibit hall. Stations will feature cocktail napkins and signage with your logo.
16. International Speaker Grant - $4,000 Assist SOMA with securing top quality speakers from around the world by providing funding to offset travel expenses for our international presenters.
17. Second Half Initiative Luncheons - $3,500 Assist former SOF Medics and tactical EMT's seeking to transition into new careers in medicine, dentistry, nursing, ect. by providing lunch during these valuable lunch and learn sessions. Sponsor will have a few minutes to address the group.
18. Hand Sanitizer - $3,000 Provide attendees a pocket size hand sanitizer featuring your logo.
19. Educational Grant - $3,500 Monetary contributions applied towards general Scientific Assembly support.
20. 22. Branded Meter Boards - $1,000 - $1,5000 Get noticed by displaying your company's messaging in high traffic areas of the convention center on a 39" x 84" meter board. One-sided $1,000, two-sided $1,500. Eight meter boards available.
23. Educational Grant - $2,500 Monetary contributions applied towards general Scientific Assembly support
General Donations / In Kind
24. Lab Equipment Support the hands-on labs by providing funding or in-kind donations pf equipment. Contributions will be recognized at the sponsorship level equivalent to the value of the donation.
