Travel Information |

Customers Customers are responsible for booking their own travel to the event. ConferenceDirect will provide airport transfers to/from Denver International Airport and the Hyatt Regency Denver over the dates of the event.
Customers are eligible for a travel allowance via check, up to $500, for air travel, mileage or rental car at the event. Travel costs over $500 will not be reimbursed. Please note that each traveler is responsible for any additional charges such as baggage, upgrades, change fees or fare charges. Customer travel allowance is contingent on full participation of all CDX events.
Customers planning to drive to Denver are responsible for booking their own rental car and/or submitting their itinerary, showing mileage, for reimbursement. Mileage reimbursement will be provided at 2020 IRS mileage reimbursement rate (currently $0.58/mile) for round-trip travel to/from your home destination to/from Denver. Self parking will be complimentary to customers driving to the event.
Check Distribution: Travel allowance checks will be distributed on Wednesday, September 23 at the event registration desk.
Travel Submission Deadline: Monday, August 24, 2020 at 5:00 PM (PT) Once you've booked your travel, please upload your airfare receipt or travel itinerary into the registration system. If travel itineraries and receipts are provided after 5:00 PM (PT) on Monday, August 24, your travel allowance check may not be ready for pick-up on-site. Please contact Michael Quigg if any exceptions need to be considered.
Associates Associates are responsible for booking their own travel to CDX and will not be reimbursed. Associate's flight information must be entered into the registration system by Monday, August 24, 2020 to ensure airport transfers.
Self parking will be complimentary to associates driving to the event. ConferenceDirect will provide airport transfers to/from Denver International Airport and the Hyatt Regency Denver over the dates of the event.
Partners Partners are responsible for booking their own travel and ground transportation to/from the event.Additional Transportation Information

The official event closing will be a dinner on Wednesday, September 23. On Thursday, September 24, a grab and go breakfast will be available for all attendees at the Hyatt Regency Denver.
