Reservations Customers/AssociatesConferenceDirect will make room reservations on behalf of all customers and associates. Attendees will be asked to provide their requested hotel dates when they register. Rooms for customers/associates are complimentary from Monday, September 21 - Thursday, September 24. Incidentals are the responsibility of the individual guest; you will be asked to provide a credit card at check-in.
Pre Event Stays: For those that wish to extend their stay, a limited number of discounted rate rooms are available for 3 days prior to official event dates for $169.00 (plus applicable taxes and fees). Extended reservations will be subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy and are the responsibility of the individual guest. Post-Event: The Great American Beer Festival will take place the weekend after CDX. Individuals that are interested in staying are encouraged to submit requests for post-event hotel stays as early as possible. A limited number of discounted rate rooms are available for $269 USD (plus applicable taxes and fees). Extended reservations will be subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy and is the responsibility of the individual guest. Partners are responsible for booking their own hotel reservations and travel to/from the event.
Group rate: $269 USD (plus applicable taxes and fees). Upgrades are subject to higher rates. The cut-off date is Friday, August 28, 2020. Book early as the block may sell out before the cut-off date. Reservations will be subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy.
