Attire
Business Casual attire is appropriate for all CDX Functions.  Event specific dress attire will be provided as we get closer to the event.

Meeting room temperatures may vary. We suggest bringing a light jacket, sweater or scarf.

At ConferenceDirect, we have applied these practices at our signature events and will provide more details on what will be done in Denver as we get closer to the event date.

Food and Beverage
All planned meals will be hosted by our Sponsors from Opening Reception on Monday, September 21 to grab & go breakfast on Thursday, September 24.

CDX is a paperless event and ConferenceDirect has a goal of zero carbon footprint for all it’s events. Click here to see easy ways to make your events more green and sustainable. What can attendees do to support green meetings and sustainability?
  • At check in, opt in to decline room cleaning
  • At check in, opt to receive an e-Folio at departure, rather than a printed folio
  • Participate in a guest preferred towel and linen reuse program
  • Switch off lights and air conditioning when not in use
  • Use conference/hotels shuttles whenever possible or car pool to reduce emissions
  • Minimize & reduce waste of paper, plastic, electricity, water, etc.

Contact hotel security in the case of lost and/or stolen items when the registration desk is closed.

CDX is a paperless event.  Please be sure to download the event mobile app for up to date information on the event, speakers, agenda updates, attendees, and more.  An email with a link will be sent to all attendees when it becomes available.

Wellness at CDX
At ConferenceDirect we know health and wellness is a critical part of successful events. We will have healthy options available at all meal functions, optional morning wellness activities and free time each afternoon for attendees.

You will have the opportunity to communicate any special dietary needs during the registration process. ConferenceDirect will provide you with dietary cards when you register to use at banquet functions. While many meals will be buffets that offer a variety of options, please feel free to ask the banquet staff or ConferenceDirect staff for an alternate meal should you not find options suitable for your needs.
