Cancellations and amendments must be received in writing to Alignment Event Solutions (isabella@alignmentevents.com.au). Cancellations by Tuesday 3 September 2019 will be accepted and fees refunded less 50% of the registration rate. No refunds will be authorised after Tuesday 3 September 2019. Substitute participants are welcome.

Cancellation of accommodation must be made in writing directly to Alignment Event Solutions (isabella@alignmentevents.com.au). Cancellation of accommodation made after Tuesday 3 September 2019 may attract one full night's tariff. Transfer of accommodation booking to another person will be accepted.


Congress photographers will be taking photos throughout the event which may be used for promotional and reporting purposes. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please make yourself known to the photographer and remove yourself when possible from photos being taken at the congress.


Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses.

The insurance should cover loss arising from cancellation of the congress by the organiser or a person's inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever. No responsibility is taken by the congress managers for any person not holding insurance.
