Health Education and Training Institute (HETI), Northern NSW Local Health
District and our Congress partners* are pleased to welcome you to the
8th Rural Health and Research Congress, to be held in the vibrant rural
town of Lismore, 16 - 18 October 2019.
Over
three days, the Congress will deliver diverse, inspiring and thought-provoking
keynote presentations, workshops and discussions on the theme
Connecting
Communities.
The program centres on the wellbeing of our
rural people and communities, and will be explored through six streams:

- The Rural Experience
- Productive Partnerships
- Our Rural Workforce - Now and Future
- Creativity - Out of the Box
- Futureproofing Rural Health
This key event on the rural health calendar is for rural
and remote clinicians, researchers, service providers and other health
professionals to share their knowledge and experience, and build networks
across the state.
