All confirmations, invoices and receipts will be provided via email. Please check your Junk Mail folder as some work email security systems send this information there. Please make sure to input the attendees email address since all communications for the conference will be sent through this email. If invoices/receipts need to be provided to a different address please email WSU Conference Management and the invoice/receipt will be sent to the requested email.

Full payment is required before the conference. If payment is not received prior to the conference the vendor's registration could be cancelled and/or may not be admitted into the conference. Check payments must be received before the start of the conference. Credit cards are accepted at any time (Visa, MasterCard or Discover only please).

Please make sure checks are mailed to the above address in order to ensure the check is credited to the correct account. If the check is not mailed to this address WSU will not be held liable for lost payments and may result in cancellation of registration. Please also note on the check which attendee(s) payment is being issued for and include the attendee reference number.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Washington State University Conference Management must receive written notification of any cancelled registration by 5:00 PM on Friday, August 30, 2019 in order for a full refund to be issued, minus a $100 processing fee.
Cancellations made after the assigned date or attendees who do not show for the conference are subject to full registration fee, there will be no refunds. Substitutions are welcomed at anytime. Please email cancellations to WSU Conference Management. Written cancellation from registered attendees received prior to the above date will be refunded, minus a $100 processing fee. Attendees who use a PO or Warrant Number to reserve attendance spot and do not show up are still subject to pay the full conference registration.
Professional Development Hours
Attendees have the possibility of earning 1.8 PDHs for full conference registration. A certificate of attendance will be provided at the end of the conference.
