2. Company logo on sponsor poster located in exhibitor area
3. Company logo printed on front of program book (if logo provided by August 9)
4. Company logo included on conference giveaway/bag (if logo provided by August 9)
5. Five (5) complimentary registration passes (passes to be used for booth staff only; cannot be used as attendee registration)
6. Booth space
7. Logo in PowerPoint presentation to run during vendor hours

Gold Sponsorship ($2,000)

1. Company name listed on website with link to your organization's website

Payment Instructions

Full payment is required before the conference. If payment is not received prior to the conference you may not be admitted into the conference. Check payments must be received before the start of the conference. Credit cards are accepted at anytime, only Visa, MasterCard or Discover please.

Please make sure checks are mailed to the above address in order to ensure the check is credited to the correct account. If the check is not mailed to this address, WSU will not be held liable for lost payments and may result in cancellation of registration. Please also note on the check which attendee(s) payment is being issued for and include the attendee reference number.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Washington State University - Conference Management, must receive written notification of any cancelled sponsor registration by Friday, August 30th at 5:00pm in order for a full refund to be issued, minus a $100 processing fee.

Cancellations made after the assigned date or sponsors who do not show for the conference are subject to full registration fee, there will be no refunds. Substitutions are welcomed at anytime. Please email cancellations to WSU Conference Management. Written cancellation from registered sponsors received prior to the above date will be refunded, minus a $100 processing fee.
