SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Bronze Sponsor - $250.00 - $499.00 USD
•Your company name will be listed in the Onsite Agenda
•Your company name will be listed on sponsor signage at the function(s) sponsorsed
•Your company name will be listed in Foundation Drilling magazine

Gold Sponsor - $500.00 - $1,199.00 USD (Same as Bronze Sponsor with the following additional benefits)
•Your company will be recognized as a Gold Sponsor during the Summer Meeting
• A sign listing Gold Sponsor will be displayed throughout the meeting.
•Your company will receive a wall plaque of appreciation for sponsoring first event, and a brass plate to be attached to the plaque will awarded for each event thereafter.

Platinum Sponsor - $1,200.00 - $1,999.00 USD (Same as Bronze and Gold Sponsors with the following additional benefits)
•A separate sign will be created for each Platinum Sponsor company and displayed throughout the meeting.

Diamond Sponsor -  $2,000.00 USD or higher (Same as Bronze, Gold and Platinum Sponsors with the following additional benefits)
•Your company will be listed on the ADSC 2012 Summer Meeting website as "ADSC's Most Valued Supporter"

SPONSOR GUIDELINES
All sponsors must be ADSC members in good standing.  Sponsorship is based on the total dollars spent for the ADSC 2012 Summer Meeting.

Sponsors wishing to add marketing materials to the event must receive approval from Jan Hall a minimum of 30 days prior to the event.

First right of refusal - a company that has sponsored an event at the previous meeting has first right of refusal for the next meeting.

Most functions may be jointly sponsored, however, two or more companies cannot combine their contributions to be identified as a Bronze, Gold, Platinum or Diamond Sponsor.  (These designations are based on total dollars donated by one company for the ADSC 2012 Summer meeting.
