Registrations received after Wednesday, July 11th will not  appear in the attendee list. Registration fees do not include your hotel accommodations or airfare. Please refer to the Hotel and Air section(s)  for more information. If you have any questions, please call: 469-359-6000.

ADSC CANCELLATION POLICY:

A 100% refund  is allowed on cancellations received in writing on or before Monday, June 18, 2012.  A 50% refund is allowed on cancellations received in the ADSC office in writing, on or before Thursday, July 5, 2012.  Sorry, no refunds after Monday, July 9, 2012.  

SUBSTITUTIONS OF ATTENDEES: 
 You may substitute attendees with prior approval by ADSC.
