2019 NMAEYC Early Childhood Annual Conference
 


 














Dear Exhibitors,

The New Mexico Association for the Education of Young Children will hold its annual State Conference at the Albuquerque Convention Center on both Friday and Saturday, March 1-2, 2019. We are expecting approximately 1200 attendees from all over New Mexico representing all aspects of early childhood education. Exhibits are an important part of our conference. We have planned attractions to encourage attendees to visit the commercial exhibit area several times during the day.

Exhibit Hours:

· Friday, March 1st 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Social at 4:30PM.

· Saturday, March 2nd 7:30AM to 4:15PM.


Exhibitor Set-Up

· Thursday, February 28th: 3PM to 7PM – NMAEYC prefers that all Exhibitors make every effort possible to set-up their booths on Thursday.

· Friday, March 1st: 6:00AM to 7:00AM.

· Saturday, March 2nd: 6:00AM to 7:00AM.

Exhibitor Check-In:

· Thursday, February 28th: 2:30PM to 7PM – NMAEYC prefers that all Exhibitors make every effort possible to set-up their booths on Thursday.

· Friday, March 1st: 5:45AM to 7:00AM.

· Saturday, March 2nd: 5:45AM to 7:00AM.

Exhibitor Loading:

The exhibitor loading zone is on the south side of the Exhibit Hall/Convention Center. The large loading door is located on Tijeras Ave NW near 3rd St NW. There is a loading zone on Tijeras Ave NW between 2nd St NW and 3rd St NW

Booth Assignment: Booth Assignment will be provided upon check-in.

 

*Children may volunteer in the exhibit hall, as long as they are with chaperones the entire time. 
 

Electricity: Special Events Coordinator, Ben Fletcher has contacted Exhibitors regarding electricity needs. If you require electrical hookups and have not communicated with Ben, please do so immediately. Please note that if you require electrical hook ups, the Convention Center will handle this service for you. There is a fee for electricity through the Convention Center. Lunch: This may be purchased for $20.00 per person. If you would like to add a meal to your registration, please do so HERE and choose modify registration and select the Saturday Lunch option. The meal will be delivered to your table. Please note, you may also purchase lunch on Saturday
