Friday: 2:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Team Members MUST attend the LLS Expo in order to pick-up your Helmet sticker, event number, t-shirt and drop bag . Each participant will be required to pick up their own packet. 

Photo ID Required: You must show your Driver's License or Photo ID in order to pick-up your packet. 

Inspiration Dinner ~ Saturday, June 3rd

The Inspiration Dinner is a time for your teammates, coaches, mentors, honored teammates, and staff to come together and celebrate all that you have accomplished this season. All fundraising participants receive one complimentary ticket. 

Friends & Family welcome! When completing event weekend reservations, you can choose to purchase additional tickets for $45/adult. or $23/child (ages 3-11). Ages 2 and under are free. You will be required to pay for these tickets when submitting your event weekend reservations.  

Please note: We will have two seating times for dinner - 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. As we get closer to event day, we'll send you an email with your chapter's assigned time for dinner.

Training in Honor or Memory of someone special?
During event weekend, we will be celebrating your personal Honored Heroes. To include your Heroes name and picture, please click here. Pictures must be submitted by Tuesday, May 25th.
