Can I pay my Runcation off in full before October 15^th?

Yes, you can!  You can:
   - Pay your balance via credit card on the site, or
   - Check by Mail or via your Banking Online Bill Pay.

I’m not a runner, can I still participate in this Runcation?

Yes, you can!  Just register as a cheerleader and you will get all the activities and SWAG of the runner.

What airport should we be flying in to?

You will fly in to Montego Bay Sangster International Airport (MBJ)

If I’m a cheerleader, do I still need to register?

Yes, you do!  Each person, cheerleader or runner, is required to register for the event.  This allows you access to all activities and SWAG along with ensuring we have your information to provide to the hotels/resorts.  In Jamaica, every person in the room is required to be registered for security purposes on property.

Are there fees if my payment is late?

Yes, there are late fees, along with returned check & declined credit card fees

 - Late Fees: $35 (payment is due on or before the 15th of every month).  If payment is not received by 11:59pm ET, a late fee of $35 will automatically be applied to your account

Do I really need to purchase insurance?

It is highly recommended that you cover your vacation investment from those unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your trip. The Choice Plus Gold Plan provides valuable coverage at an affordable price and includes a early purchase benefit of a waiver of Pre-existing Medical Condition Exclusion if purchased within 15 days of the initial trip payment.

When is the last day to register for the Runcation?

Registration will close on September 15 or when the event is sell out.

When will I need to provide my flight information if I’m booking my own flight?

Flight information must be added to your registration before October 15.

Can I see/check my balance?

Yes, just click on the link in your Runcation Confirmation email to view your detailed invoice and balance.

Can my friend just come along?

No, they need to register to a part of the activities and to be on property.  They can sign up as a cheerleader and enjoy everything that RRZ has to offer. You will provide them the SHARE CODE you created when registering.
