CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no deferral.

• Initial Deposits are non-refundable
• Race registration is non-refundable, non transferable and there is no deferral
• All Event & Processing Fees are non-refundable (late fees included)
• Any Donations: Dawn's Hope Foundation, Clifton Boy's Home, & Green Island School Donations are non-refundable
• Activity/Excursions cancelled 30 days after registration date through June 30 , 2024 will result in a 5% cancellation penalty.

As of July 1, 2024 - 50% is refundable (less the non-refundable items stated above)
As of August 1, 2024 - 25% is refundable (less the non-refundable items stated above)

As of October 1, 2024 - 0% is refundable, 100% penalty applies
