Terms & Conditions
  1. Accommodation will be booked by ALGIM and the cost will be included on the invoice for registration fee/s.
  2. Accommodation rate includes breakfast (breakfast will be subsidised by ALGIM).
  3. Breakfast is served in the Nosh Restaurant on the ground floor from 6.30am.  The room rate is for dining only and excludes the room service menu. Please note that room service is not offered for breakfast.
  4. Any extra costs incurred to the hotel are to be paid on departure (i.e. mini bar, internet and room service).  If required, a separate purchase order can be supplied directly to the hotel for these costs. When you contact the Hotel, remember to state that you are staying for the 2014 ALGIM Information Management / Records Symposium.
  5. Guests will be asked to provide a credit card at check in to guarantee payment of incidentals.  If no credit card can be supplied the guest may be asked to provide a cash bond of $200.  This can be avoided if the guest’s employer provides an agreement to the Hotel that they will cover payment of incidentals. Distinction Palmerston North welcomes payment by all major credit cards. NZ Debit cards will only be charged where the credit card is not available at the time of payment.

Partners are welcome to attend functions, however they must be registered and pay the associated fees.

Tickets for the Symposium Awards Dinner can also be purchased for those unable to join their colleagues at the Symposium but who would like an opportunity to network with other attendees.
