By Train: Amtrak serves Washington, DC via Union Station, which connects to the Metro’s Red Line, making transfers to the Convention Center convenient and quick.
For more information, visit the Plan Your Trip page.
Q: Is there parking at the Convention Center? What is the cost?
A: There is no public parking at the Convention Center itself. A: To see recommended accommodations and rates, navigate to the Plan Your Trip page.
Q: A company reached out to me about hotels. Should I trust them?
A: We have been made aware that third-party organizations are contacting WMCCAI Conference & Expo exhibitors, potential exhibitors, and attendees with offers that include hotel discounts, reduced registration rates and “official” attendee, exhibitor, or member lists for purchase.
Please be advised that these solicitations are fraudulent. WMCCAI does not sell attendee or exhibitor lists, and our official housing partners and registration systems will always be communicated directly through WMCCAI. Our WMCCAI C&E official hotel and group rate information can be found here.
Engaging with these companies may result in financial loss and compromise of personal or business information. For your protection, book hotels only through WMCCAI-provided links or the official hotel brand website, and avoid responding to or purchasing from scammers/list brokers.

The ERC will include information integral to Exhibitor’s participation at the Exhibition, including but not limited to: instructions to access to the Service Kit/Manual, additional Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, official contractor order forms, registration, shipping and drayage, utilities and building services, decorator, audio/visual, exhibitor display rules and move-in/move-out schedules and insurance information.

Select continue until you reach the confirmation page. This page will provide you with the option to download your receipt/invoice. A link to your invoice/receipt is also included in your confirmation email.
