Please note: The above rates do not include the 4% credit card processing fee, which will be added to all credit card transactions.

 

EXHIBITOR PERSONNEL:  Depending on the booth type reserved, each exhibiting company will receive a set number of complimentary tickets for exhibitor personnel and invited guests. All registrations must be completed through the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC). Access details will be sent to the company’s primary contact, who is responsible for registering personnel and guests directly or sharing the instructions with their team.

PRESENTERSAs soon as a presenter has accepted their invitation from WMCCAI, they will be sent instructions on how to register as a Presenter for a special discounted rate using a unique registration code.
 

CONFIRMATION EMAIL/RECEIPT: Once your registration is complete, a confirmation email and payment receipt will be sent automatically from our registration platform. Please allow a few minutes for delivery and be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. To ensure future delivery, mark the message as “Not Spam.” If you do not receive a confirmation, contact the C&E Team at expo@caidc.org for assistance. 

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY: Individuals or companies are considered members if they hold a current, active subscription with CAI National, the WMCCAI Chapter, or any other CAI chapter. During the registration process, individuals will be asked to provide their CAI member number and membership type (e.g., CAI National, WMCCAI, or another chapter). Please note that your Membership #/ID will be validated against CAI's member database. If the number you provide when you register is not valid and/or doesn't match CAI records, our team will follow-up with you for clarification.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will be accepted until two (2) weeks prior to the event date. Refunds must be requested in writing to expo@caidc.org. An 8% processing fee will be charged for all customer-initiated refunds. After the cancellation deadline, no fees will be waived nor refunds extended. You may transfer your registration at no additional cost at any time by modifying your registration or emailing expo@caidc.org.

By registering for this event, the participant and any guests voluntarily assume any risks and release the Washington Metropolitan Chapter Community Associations Institute (including its affiliates, officers, employees, and volunteers) from any illness or injury arising from or in any way related to this event. Events are subject to all local and state public health guidelines and rules.
