We're looking for bold thinkers, problem-solvers, and storytellers who can spark conversations and deliver fresh insights to the community association industry. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a passionate volunteer this is your chance to lead the dialogue. 

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNIT (CEU) CREDITS
The CAI National Managers Council has approved the 2026 Conference and Expo for 6.0 hours of continuing education credit that is eligible to fulfill your PCAM recertification requirement! We are honored to have once again achieved this goal and grateful to our Central Virginia and Chesapeake Chapter partners in this endeavor. We could not have done it without your help! We are also indebted to our industry expert speakers who have contributed their time, talent, knowledge and experience in creating a slate of challenging and innovative education sessions that will be presented during this year's program.
 

Session formats are varied to allow for maximum participation as well as information delivery – there will be panel discussions, moderated case studies, and regional legislative updates. All sessions approved for CEU credit. A brief outline of sessions scheduled over the convenient two-day Conference & Expo is provided below to help you build your foundation!
