Hotels

Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.

The hotels below have been recommended by the University of Rwanda. The majority of participants will be staying in the Kigali Serena Hotel.

Please note that the IAU does not provide transportation between hotels and the conference venue. However, both the Serena Hotel and the Marriott Hotel are within walking distance of the venue.

About

The Kigali Serena Hotel is a 5-star hotel located just a five-minute walk from the conference venue. The hotel offers comfortable rooms and modern amenities, with elements of Rwandan art and culture throughout the space.

The IAU Secretariat will be staying at this hotel.

Rooms are limited, so it is advised to book as soon as possible. Send an email to reservations.kigali@serenahotels.com, indicating that you are an IAU Conference guest, to book.
