Payment

All bookings and payments will be processed online, and all costs are subject to VAT. Please pay via credit or with a debit card, if you cannot pay with a bank card and require an invoice, please contact the AELP Webinar Team via email at webinar@aelp.org.uk.

Delegate Confirmation

Confirmation of delegate registration will be sent to the originator of the booking upon completion of the registration form.

If you have not received confirmation of your registration from AELP at least THREE WORKING DAYS prior to the start of the webinar, please contact the AELP Webinar Team via email at webinar@aelp.org.uk.

Please note your registration is unique to you. Anyone using your log-in details on another PC will be liable for the webinar fee too.

Platform

This webinar will take place using the platform GoToTraining. It is the delegate's responsibility to ensure the system connection is tested at least 48 hours prior to the webinar. You will only need to do this once unless you log on from a different laptop or device.

When attending the webinar, please log on to the webinar at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session. 

Please note that if you share your microphone and/or webcam during the live sessions, it may be included within the recording and shared with other delegates.

Agenda

AELP reserves the right to change the agenda, content, and speakers as necessary. 

Cancellations

Only cancellations confirmed in writing up to 10 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after this date will be liable for the FULL delegate fee + VAT. Please provide the name and organisation of the person who will not be attending to AELP via email to webinar@aelp.org.uk.

Once completed, bookings are not transferable to alternative webinars.
AELP reserves the right to change the programme, content, and speakers as necessary or cancel the event. If the webinar is cancelled, AELP will contact all delegates at the earliest opportunity to advise and arrange a refund if any payment has been made.

Please note: Delegates will be required to attend both sessions fully in order to receive the CPD credits. If you don't attend both sessions and participate you will not be eligible for a certificate. Please note that attendance is monitored by the software.

Delegate Substitutions

Substitution of delegate place(s) is acceptable but will only be accepted up until 24 hours prior to the webinar commencing. Please contact the AELP Webinar Team via email to arrange to webinar@aelp.org.uk.

GDPR

By booking to attend this webinar you agree to AELP using and storing your data i.e. your name, organisation and email address. This information will be used for event preparation such as attendance lists etc. AELP may also use your data to notify you of other events/conferences/webinars and/or AELP Member Meetings. We may also share your data with relevant event partners and sponsors in connection with the webinar.
