PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE:
Pile Driving Contractors Association reserves the right to use any photograph and/or video taken at any PDCA sponsored event in conjunction with the PDCA 23rd Annual International Conference Expo, without the expressed written limitation and without compensation to any attendee or those included within the photograph/video. PDCA may use the photography/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by PDCA including materials that may include but may not be limited to printed materials such as brochures and magazines, newsletter and websites, and digital images.

COMMUNICATIONS:
By providing your email address, you will  receive email communication from and/or on behalf of Pile Driving Contractors Association as the communication relates to the PDCA’s 23rd Annual International Conference & Expo, announcements, updates, confirmations, or other conference information.

Refund and Cancellation Policies:
A refund in the amount of 50% will be issued for cancellations received through 5:00 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2020. No refunds will be issued after this date; however, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Sponsorships are non-refundable. Refunds for Exhibit Booths will not be issued after 5:00 p.m. Friday, March 20, 2020. Should you need to cancel your registration, cancellations must be made in writing either by mail, email or fax to Pile Driving Contractors Association.
