At this time we are currently sold out of our hotel block at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City. Please check Hyatt's booking link periodically as room may become available.

In the meantime, we have curated a list of additional hotel options with a third-party travel planner, aRes. 

Rates, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary and are the responsibility of the guest. Questions on hotel policies or payments made on aRes website should be directed to the aRes Reservation Center or to the hotel directly.

Event Venue

HYATT REGENCY SALT LAKE CITY - SOLD OUT

2024 National Agriculture in the Classroom National Conference will take place at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City on 170 South West Temple St, Salt Lake City, UT.

Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements. 

Discounted group rate is available for National Agriculture in the Classroom Conference attendees until Monday, June 3, 2024.

 Group Room Rate:

  • $239+ per night for single/ double occupancy ($279.20 inclusive per night with taxes and fees*)
  • $259+ for triple occupancy ($302.56 inclusive per night with taxes and fees*)
  • $279+ for quad occupancy ($325.93 inclusive per night with taxes and fees*)

*16.82% local taxes and fees are subject to change. 

Pre/Post Stay: 

  • A limited number of discounted rate rooms are available at the group rate for 3 days pre/post to official event dates.

Hotel Check-in/ Check-out Time:

  • 4:00 PM / 11:00 AM

Reservation:

  • Cancellation 5 days prior to arrival.
  • Substitution of name 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Guarantee of one night’s stay is required to hold individual reservations.

Parking Rates**:

  • Valet - $36 (overnight), $25 (day event)
  • Self - $25 (overnight), $20 (day event)
  • Non hotel guest are not guaranteed parking.

Airport
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is approximately 8 miles, 15 minute-drive from the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City.

 


Ride Share
Depending on demand and time of day, ride share from SLC airport to Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City can run anywhere between $18-$30+.


TRAX Light Rail
Take the TRAX green line from Airport Station to Temple Square Station and walk 1.5 block to Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City. $2.50 for one-way fare (subject to change).
