OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All standard rooms and suites will be assigned by the highest Central District Qualifying Volume and then by the highest number of direct and personal promotions. 
• In the event the number of Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica achievers exceeds the number of rooms reserved, Arbonne reserves the right to arrange alternative accommodations and rewards for some Arbonne Incentive Trip Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica achievers. 
• Arbonne reserves the right to audit, adjust or deny any data applicable to Client Qualifying Volume, Central District Qualifying Volume and Direct and Personal Promotions to ensure the spirit of the incentive is achieved. Arbonne has the right to disqualify any Independent Consultant from the Arbonne Incentive Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica if Arbonne determines, in its sole discretion, that tampering, fraud, compliance issues or bonus buying has occurred. This includes without limitation, when Arbonne determines that an Independent Consultant has purchased product on behalf of or under the Arbonne ID of another Independent Consultant or such Independent Consultant’s Clients or Preferred Clients or used any other mechanism by which strategic purchases are made to qualify for the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica without any bona fide use for or sale of the products purchased. 
• Any downline incentives, advancements, recruitments, and/or product orders that are deemed by Arbonne, at its sole discretion, manipulated to earn this incentive will be disqualified. 
• All Incentive qualification requirements, specifications, awards and details are subject to change at the sole discretion of Arbonne. 
• Arbonne reserves the right to amend, change, modify and/or cancel any portion of the incentive at any time in its sole discretion. Arbonne reserves the right to determine the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica achievers. 
• When an Independent Consultant’s Arbonne ID is not renewed, terminated, or resigned for any reason, the Client Qualifying Volume, direct promotions and Central District Qualifying Volume associated with that Arbonne ID will not transfer to the upline Independent Consultant or be included in the activity used to calculate whether the upline Independent Consultant has met the point requirements. 
• No Client Qualifying Volume, Central District Qualifying Volume or Direct Promotions can be transferred to any other Independent Consultant’s account for any reason. 
• The Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica is not transferable, and no earned volume can be transferred to another Independent Consultant. No cash value or credits will be issued. No substitutions apply. 
• No compensation will be paid for any unused portion of the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica or if the achiever is unable to attend the trip as scheduled. 
• All outstanding balances with Arbonne must be completely paid by the qualifying Independent Consultant prior to claiming the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica. 
• All Independent Consultants who earn the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica a are personally responsible for the reporting of any tax liabilities associated with earning the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica. Please contact your tax professional for assistance. 
• Unless expressly noted to the contrary, all stated dates and times are based on Pacific Time. 
• All qualification decisions are final. 

 
ELIGIBILITY 

• The Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica, is open to Independent Consultants in the United States and Canada. The United Kingdom and Poland, Australia and New Zealand will have their own destinations. 
• Any active Independent Consultant, who is in good standing, is eligible to participate in the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica. 
• Each Independent Consultant must be active and in compliance with his or her Arbonne Independent Consultant Agreement, Arbonne Policies & Procedures, and Arbonne SuccessPlan (the “Agreements”), during the qualification period to qualify for the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica and must be active and in compliance with the Agreements at the time of the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica. 
• In the event that any award recipient is a corporation, Limited Liability Company or partnership, the award shall be awarded to one person who is designated to receive it by said entity. 

 
CLAIMING 

• Your guest(s) may not be an Arbonne Independent Consultant, unless he or she is your spouse, domestic partner, significant other or immediate family member. 
• When an Independent Consultant meets the qualification requirements, he or she MUST SEPARATELY CLAIM their trip and claim all guests between July 15–31, 2024. The claiming process for the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica will end at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on August 9, 2024.

• Round-trip ground transportation to and from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) and Dreams Las Mareas on official event arrival and departure dates, as well as three days pre- and post- 

ADDITIONAL GUEST FEES 

• Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4+ wide ENVP trip achievers earn accommodations for TWO and have the option to register and pay for a maximum of two additional guests (4 people max per room unless the fifth guest is age 0-2). 
• Rates for 3rd and 4th Guests will be added at a later date.
• Rates includes housing, all-inclusive meals, airport transfers, and logo beach towels.

 
BUSINESS ENTITY FEE 
The fee for an additional member of any Business Entity to receive additional Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica Welcome Swag is $30 USD. This option is only available to members of a Business Entity account on file and recognized by Arbonne. Please note: If a member of your Business Entity wants to attend purely as a guest and not receive the welcome swag, you will not need to pay the Business Entity Fee for the additional Business Entity Member. 
 
TRAVEL 
The official dates for the Arbonne Incentive Trip Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica are October 2-6, 2024. 

• Arbonne is not responsible for pre- or post-event activities of the Independent Consultant and their guest(s). Independent Consultants and their guests will be personally liable and fully responsible for any expenses incurred during such pre- or post-event activities. 
• Air travel is not included. 
• Please DO NOT make any travel arrangements for yourself or your guest(s) until you receive the official congratulatory email from Arbonne that you have earned the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica. You will not be refunded for flights purchased before you receive your official letter in cases where you do not officially achieve the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica. 
• Arbonne is not responsible for refunding flights and travel costs if you are unable to attend the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica because of but not limited to: your Arbonne ID is not in good standing at the time of the trip, if a natural disaster occurs, a pandemic or quarantine occurs, or any other reason occurs and you are unable to attend the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Independent Consultants will receive a refund of all fees, minus $50 USD per person for the 3rd, 4th and 5th guests (if applicable), if they send in a cancellation email request by September 1, 2024. All cancellations after this date, or “no shows” at the event, will result in a cancellation fee as stated in the chart below. The fees will be deducted from their September override payment that they receive in October 2024. If their override payment is less than what is owed, Arbonne  will continue to deduct payments each month until the full amount has been paid. Please email all cancellation requests to arbonneeventsupport@morrisincentives.com with the subject “Arbonne Incentive Trip to Dreams Las Mareas, La Cruz, Costa Rica Cancellation Request” including your full name and Independent Consultant ID number within the body of the email. 
 

TAX INFORMATION AND REPORTABLE INCOME 

• Arbonne International, LLC, supports the recognition of outstanding Arbonne Independent Consultants’ contributions through the use of gifts, prizes, entertainment and awards. However, some of these items of value are considered reportable earnings and subject to tax. The items subject to tax will be included in the year-end Form 1099 for U.S. Independent Consultants, and in other forms as applicable to Arbonne Independent Consultants in Canada.
• Guest accommodations paid for by Arbonne will be considered a taxable item to the Independent Consultant. These expenses have no business connection and are not deductible under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code and will be considered earnings and subject to tax. 

ARBONNE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHHOLD FINAL APPROVAL ON ALL AWARDS PENDING INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE INCENTIVE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA AND TERMS & CONDITIONS.

In 2023, 495 of 7,438 registered Arbonne Independent Consultants earned the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Paradise Island, Bahamas.
