ABOUT THE 2024 MBEC CONFERENCE
The annual joint AAPLOG-ACPeds conference will be held Feb. 23-25, 2024 in Frisco, TX. Pro-life medical professionals of all specialties, students/residents, PRCs and other organizations, and others are welcome to attend. The opening session begins at 10 am on Feb. 23.

LOCATION
All sessions will be held at The Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas. Please refer to the Venue page for further information. Registered attendees will receive a reservation link for a discounted hotel rate based on availability. Please book by Jan. 26.
MEALS/BREAKS
Your conference registration fee includes the following meals and snacks: Friday lunch and buffet dinner; Saturday breakfast hosted by the Heritage Foundation, lunch, cocktail reception, and dinner; Sunday light breakfast, box lunch. There will be coffee and water available throughout Friday and Saturday, and on Sunday morning.
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
The Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas is 22 miles from both DFW airport and Love Field Dallas. There is not a hotel airport shuttle, however Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available, and we will notify you closer to the time of the conference if discounted transportation options become available.
CME CREDITS
The 2024 Matthew Bulfin Educational Conference (MBEC) has been approved for Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit hours. MBEC, hosted jointly by AAPLOG and the American College of Pediatricians (ACPeds), will offer a maximum of 11.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit hours for its LIVE presentations and a maximum of 16 hours for its Enduring Material presentations, which will be available online after the conference.

PRE-CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES
See the conference website for several free pre-conference activities, including a Texas rodeo-themed networking event (extra cost) on Thursday, Feb. 22. Registration is required for all, please.

REFUND POLICY
If you need to cancel your registration, please email tireland@helmsbriscoe.com.
In the event of our cancellation of the conference, we will refund the cost to you. If you decide to completely cancel your registration, we will refund your conference fee if you notify us by Jan. 29, 2024.
If you completely cancel your registration after Jan. 29, 2024 to Feb. 13, 2024, we will issue a refund for half of the in-person conference fee.
If you completely cancel your registration after Feb. 13, 2024, then we cannot refund your conference fee because we will have incurred costs related to the conference.
