Vet Alliance believes in shared learning because it leads to more effective idea generation, knowledge development and implementation. It's why we encourage practices to send two leadership team members, and why we provide a second registration (for a second attendee from the same practice) at a reduced rate ($699 for the first member registration, and $649 for the second. If a practice chooses to bring a 3rd person, it would again be $699, and a 4th from the same practice could then attend at the discounted rate).

If you are a leader in an independently owned practice, but not a Vet Alliance member, we welcome you to join us! The non-VA member registration rate is $799+ tax, and a 2nd attendee from your practice can join for $749+ tax.

Your event registration includes three experiential pillars; asynchronous, in-person and the virtual follow up call with our experts. The in-person immersive experience includes: two days of exceptional, in-depth learning with industry experts; our welcome and networking reception, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, nutrition breaks plus an incredible evening out. All registrants will join us for some down-home Newfoundland fun on Sunday night! We'll be taking you on a fun adventure to truly get immersed in the spirit of Newfoundland. With dinner and live entertainment, you will be left laughing until you cry, making memories that will last a lifetime! Of course, we can't end the evening without a traditional 'screeching in" ceremony. If you are hoping to kiss a cod, we've got you covered!

If you are bringing a guest with you to St. John's and wish to bring them along for meals and/or our social networking events, you will have the option to purchase a guest pass upon registration. 

GUEST PASSES

General Pass: $140 + tax - This pass includes 2 breakfasts and lunches during the conference, as well as access to the Welcome and Networking Reception on September 21st.

Social Pass: $110 + tax - Should your guest wish to join us on September 22nd for our social night out (dinner and entertainment), a social pass is required.

No guests will be permitted to attend educational sessions.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

We have negotiated a special rate for you upon registration. Specific details for booking your hotel will be sent in your registration confirmation email. Our rate ($209-$249/night) will be made available to you for five days pre- and post-event as well, so that you can take some additional time to explore the island! Refund/Cancellation Policy
An administration fee of 10% applies to all cancellations before August 19, 2024. NO REFUNDS after this date. Changing the name on a registration to a replacement delegate is possible at no additional charge. Please send changes to registration@bayleygroup.com at least 5 days prior to event start.
