Agenda

While our start times and end times for each day are firm, you may see slight variations in timing as we get closer to the event.

All times listed are in Pacific Time (PT).

While it’s certainly not required, we do encourage you to consider staying through Monday evening and flying home on Tuesday — or even extending your stay to enjoy more of beautiful Victoria. The Inn at Laurel Point has generously extended our group rate on both sides of the conference dates to help make that possible.

This suggestion comes from thoughtful feedback we’ve received from some past participants, many of whom wished they had given themselves a bit more time to reflect and connect before heading home. With our final session wrapping up at 4:30 PM (PT), traveling the same evening — especially for those heading east — can feel rushed and logistically challenging. Taking that extra time allows space to exhale, connect with others, and ease out of the experience more intentionally — and we’d hate for you to miss that.

It’s also worth noting that Tuesday, September 30th, is the National Day for Truth & Reconciliation — a statutory holiday in British Columbia. While this day can, and should, be acknowledged wherever you are, we encourage you to consider the unique opportunity of being in one of the few provinces that formally recognizes it — a place where space is intentionally made for reflection, learning, and remembrance. Whether it’s through quiet reflection, local events, or learning more about the significance of the day, we invite you to consider how this time might offer space to honour and engage with reconciliation in a meaningful way.
