Global Specialty Lens Symposium (GSLS) guest rooms can only be booked through a reservation link provided in the registration confirmation email. As a conference registrant or exhibitor, you may be contacted by “housing pirates” pretending to be staff from GSLS or Horseshoe Hotel & Casino.

Don’t be fooled by offers from other parties using the GSLS name: they are NOT affiliated with the GSLS conference. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely nonrefundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to jlombardi@broadcastmed.com right away.

Hotel Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be accompanied by a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Hotel reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s room plus tax.

Uber or Lyft

Rides are available with both Uber and Lyft to the hotel. The estimated cost for a one-way trip is $12-$15 for an Uber and/or Lyft.

The estimated fare for a taxi service to the hotel is around $15 for a one-way trip.

Parking 

The Horseshoe offers onsite parking for guests.

Self Parking 

$18 a day to self park.  

Valet Parking 

Valet Parking is $36 Monday through Thursday and $40 Friday through Sunday.
