SENDING IN A REQUEST FOR AN ACTIVITY
On the website you can see all options on the 'Maui Activities' tab. Once you've made a selection, you will be prompted to enter your desired date and number of guests. After selecting 'Add to Cart', you will be directed to a page where you will need to review your selection(s) and then click on 'Checkout'. Lastly, you will need to enter your personal information and credit card details.
RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION
Please note that orders are not fully confirmed when you submit your request. You will receive an email from Blue Hawaiian which will be your confirmation. Please make sure to review the email for accuracy.
BOOKING ACTIVITES FOR GROUPS OF 6 PAX OR MORE
Please contact Courtney Meadows at CMeadows@bluehawaiian.com and she can personally assist you. Please note you are traveling with MIDWEST and include the following information:
- Name for the reservation
- Number of pax
- Ages
- Do you have a rental car secured?
- Cellphone number
- Any physical conditions such as a bad back, recent surgery or pregnancy
- For a helicopter trip: height & weight for each passenger
