6:30–9:30 p.m. Exhibit and Mixer Show #1

Wednesday, January 8
9:00–11:00 a.m. Exhibit refresh time
12:00–2:00 p.m. Lunch and Exhibit Show #2
2:00–3:30 p.m. Exhibit dismantle and move out
Carriers must check in no later than 3:00 p.m.

Shipping Information and Deadlines

Review shipping details through EXPO Convention Contractors.

Important: Due to the Palm Beach Convention Center regulations, all exhibitor shipments must be made through Expo Convention Contractors, whether shipped to their warehouse early or to the Convention Center the morning of the exhibits.

Deadlines

Additional charges will apply for any packages received without appropriate forms and shipping labels. Any shipments delivered to the convention center on days other than the morning of January 7 may be refused.

  • Discount deadline for carpet or other furnishings with EXPO—Wednesday, December 26, 2019.
  • Advanced Shipment form—fill out forms and submit payment to EXPO by Wednesday, December 26, 2019.
  • Advance Shipment—packages will need to arrive to EXPO warehouse by Wednesday, December 26, 2019.
  • Direct Shipment form (if you are sending to convention center on January 7)—fill out forms and submit payment to EXPO by Wednesday, December 26, 2019.
