Number of Attendees per Sponsorship Level

Everyone MUST register to attend this event. Your registration will give you access to the event app, eConnect device to exchange information during the Technology Exhibit, and all event materials.

• Diamond Sponsors: Your sponsorship package entitles you to 4 attendee passes.
• Platinum Sponsors: Your sponsorship package entitles you to 3 attendee passes.
• Gold Sponsors: Your sponsorship package entitles you to 2 attendee passes.

RSVP Details

RSVP is required for all individuals attending event. Please RSVP on the main registration page, and be sure to select the “Partner Sponsor” category. Through the registration form, you will be able to confirm your attendance for the event and evening mixers—don't miss out on these!

• Monday, January 6: Connection LIVE Welcome Dinner at the Hilton Hotel from 6:30–9:00 p.m.*
• Wednesday, January 8: Network Evening Reception 6:30–9:00 p.m.*

Diamond Timeline

Arrive on Monday, January 6 to join the Partner Executive Meeting (your exact time will be communicated soon) and Client Business Council welcome dinner (by Invitation only). Plan to depart on Thursday, January 9 in the morning. Please refer to the agenda for all other networking opportunities and training times. 

Platinum Timeline

Arrive on Monday, January 6. You will join the Connection LIVE welcome reception on Monday, January 6. Plan to depart on Thursday, January 9.

Gold Timeline

Recommended arrival date is Monday, January 6 for the Connection LIVE welcome reception from 6:30–9:30 p.m. Attendance is not mandatory, but recommended. RSVP is required through the main event RSVP form. The Technology Exhibit setup is at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday.

Plan to depart on Thursday, January 9 in the morning to join the evening mixer on Wednesday, January 8 from 6:30–9:00 p.m.* Attendance is not mandatory, but recommended. RSVP required through the main event RSVP form. If you are departing on Wednesday, January 9, plan to travel around 5:00 p.m. after the Technology Showcase (Show #2) dismantle. 

Important: RSVP is required to attend the events and evening mixer on Monday, January 6 and Wednesday, January 8.

The preferred event airport is Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), located 3 miles (10 min) from the Palm Beach Convention Center.
Other local airports include:

• Fort Lauderdale (FLL)—located 50 miles (1 hour) from the Palm Beach Convention Center.
• Miami (MIA)—located 70 miles (1.5 hours) from the Palm Beach Convention Center.

Cut-off Date: The cut-off date to reserve a room is December 5 or whenever room block is full. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Once full, hotel reservations will be based on availability at the prevailing rates.
