Shared attendance between participants is not permitted. If you are no longer able to attend and would like to replace your registration with that of another individual from your institution, a $25 processing fee will apply. Requests must be submitted before the indicated registration deadlines by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Replacements after this date will not be accepted.
HLC must be notified of all cancellations in writing. Any refunds due to cancellation will be based on the dates below:
Cancellations requested before each individual webinar date, will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee per person.
No-shows or cancellations requested on the day of each individual webinar are not eligible for a refund.
