Is there a maximum number of representatives one institution can register?
An institution can register up to five attendees for any combination of webinars.
Is there any pre-work to complete prior to the speaker series?
No pre-work is required.
I have a scheduling conflict over a webinar date. Can I send a different representative in my place over the conflicting date?
Yes, replacements are allowed. If you are no longer able to attend and would like to replace your registration with that of another individual from your institution, a $25 processing fee will apply. Requests must be submitted before the indicated registration deadlines by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Replacements after this date will not be accepted.
Shared attendance between participants is not permitted. Only registered attendees will be permitted into the Zoom session at the time of the event.
When will we receive the login information for Zoom?
The Zoom link and information to access each webinar will be provided at least 24 hours prior to each session.
