IFMA reviews and approves all operator registrations to ensure adherence to standards established by our Board of Directors. IFMA reserves the right to request additional information and may decline any non-qualified operator registrations.  

Please Note: A credit card is required when booking your hotel reservation in the case of incidentals or a longer stay beyond the conference dates. IFMA will cover resort accommodations for qualified operators for two nights (Sunday and Monday). Operators who are participating in the Operator Incubators program on Tuesday afternoon may request a third night (Tuesday).  IFMA's Operator Incubators will allow suppliers to share prototypes of products/equipment/packaging with operators.

IFMA will provide a list of Foodservice Operator attendees to the hotel prior to the conference and their rooms will be billed to IFMA for the event. If you request an upgraded room and/or an extended stay, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. Should your plans change, and you are not able to attend the conference, reservations must be cancelled at least 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax charge.
