We’re adding new elements – like the Operator Incubators where suppliers will share prototypes of products/equipment/packaging with operators to garner feedback. You'll experience a return of our very popular IFMA Menu-a-thon where you’ll see and taste new products. COEX boasts a two-to-one supplier to operator audience – so the networking opportunities will be phenomenal.  

All this takes place in a tropical and dynamic city that has seen significant redevelopment in recent years. This end-of-winter conference on the Gulf Coast gives you the opportunity to experience the Tampa area and local food scene! 

The IFMA Chain Operators EXchange (COEX) is the food-away-from-home industry’s only conference truly developed by operators, for operators. With an agenda built by a committee of 40+ chains of all sizes, the program will elevate your experience with unexpected insights and proven best practices.

IFMA COEX registration includes:  

  • Registration for one attendee.

  • All in-person conference education sessions, receptions, meal functions and activities.

  • Please Note: Activity sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis. Some activities may have limited availability.  

*IFMA reviews all operator registrations for approval to ensure that they adhere to standards established by the Board of Directors. IFMA reserves the right to request additional information and may decline any non-qualified operator registrations.

Cancellation/Transfer Policy 

Written cancellations must be submitted by February 3, 2023 to receive a full refund. After the cancellation deadline, all registration fees are final and nonrefundable. If you cannot attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your company.
