Events & Experiences
Saturday Closing Reception—5,000
Help support the closing reception wh ch immediately follows the educational sessions. This reception hosts the abstract competition awards presentation as well as the official passing of the gavel to the incoming board of directors’ president, all attendees are invited. Sponsor will be recognized through marketing materials and the option to have additional representatives attend the reception.
Abstract Competition Support—$5,000
Each year, the program committee holds a call for abstracts from residents, students, and researchers. Abstracts are evaluated for inclusion by the Program Committee and up to 30 submissions are typically included in the program for oral presentations. During the meeting the Abstract Competition Judges rate each presentation and awards first and second place for Basic Science and Clinical. The overall winner is awarded The George Manstein, MD Award. Recipients are announced during the closing reception on Saturday, April 22, 2023. Sponsor will be acknowledged in marketing materials, onsite signage, and receive four invitations for representatives to attend the closing reception.
Mock Orals Sponsor—$5,000
Help support the next generation of plastic surgeons. RHIS will be hosting mock orals on Sunday April 23, 2023, at UPENN. Sponsor will be acknowledged in event marketing materials, signage, and opportunity to invitation for two representatives to attend event.
Residents Networking Reception—$5,000
This support will help fund a chance for the next generation of plastic surgeons to network and interact with their peers from around the Commonwealth and surrounding states. If purchased, RHIS will host a Residents Networking Reception on Saturday, April 22, 2023, following the awards reception. This event may be held outside the meeting venue.
RHIS Past President Lunch—$5,000
Support the RHIS Past President’s Lunch as these extraordinary members celebrate the history of the Society. If purchased, RHIS will host lunch reception on Friday, April 21, 2023. Four company representatives will be invited to attend this lunch.
Women in Plastic Surgery Breakfast—$5,000
Help to support women in plastic surgery with sponsoring this breakfast reception. If purchased, RHIS will host a breakfast reception on Sunday, April 23, 2023.
Refreshment Breaks—$2,500 (two available)
Help attendees refuel throughout the day by offering a quick pick-me-up with a cup of Joe and a sweet treat! Sponsor will be recognized with onsite signage.

Every registered in person attendee will carry your company name and logo on their bag (product logo will not be accepted). You may include one product flyer in every bag. *Pricing applies to a basic tote bag. Premium Totes/Backpacks will be assessed additional charges.
Lanyards/Badge Holders—$5,000
Given to every attendee upon arrival and worn throughout the meeting, lanyards hold meeting name badges. Every meeting attendee is recognized on-site by wearing this co-branded lanyard.
Mobile App Sponsor—$5,000
