The Union League of Philadelphia, located in the Center City district of Philadelphia, will be the location for the Society's 69th Annual Scientific Meeting. The historic venue offers a beautiful backdrop for the meetings educational sessions, social events, and networking with our industry partners. Everything you need for the meeting is available under one roof, but also located in the heart of Philadelphia, a few steps away from Philadelphia City Hall.

Reservations should be made via contacting the front desk at (215) 587-5570 and mention that your part of the Ivy Society Room Block. Please make your reservations by March 20, 2023, to ensure a room and at the meeting rate.
The rate includes complimentary breakfast for (2) guests per room, use of the fitness center and complimentary internet. All guest rooms are non-smoking.
The Union League parking garage is located at 1415 Sansom St, Philadelphia, PA 19110, directly across from the hotel entrance. The cost for overnight parking is $45.00 for non-members and $40 for members, if posted to room folio. For additional options a quick google search will show you several parking options.
The League maintains a strict dress code policy. For men, suit, jacket, collared shirt, and slacks, is required when dining in any of the restaurants or lounges. For women, a dress, blouse with skirt or pant, is appropriate attire.
Exceptions to this policy include breakfast in Founders Monday through Friday which allows business casual. Smart casual attire is acceptable for breakfast only Saturday and Sunday.
Inn guests may enter in casual clothing by using the entrance on Sansom Street, located on the ground floor. This entrance is also used for the hotel lobby and front desk.
