LEARNING COHORTS

ExFo offers an immersive experience in which participants gain a deep understanding of cutting-edge practices and knowledge to address the most pressing challenges and opportunities in LGBTQ+ workforce inclusion and belonging. Participants are organized into learning cohorts to foster concentrated problem solving and relationship-building. ExFo is a transformative professional development experience that moves leaders beyond lectures and typical network sessions to collaborate and problem solve within cohorts. The LGBTQ+ community and its allies face unparalleled challenges –from a lack of legal equality to a dramatically shifting corporate landscape on all things DEIB and advocacy. Sustainable change requires more than case studies and best practices: it requires leaders to grow their own self-awareness, emotional intelligence and communication skills. ExFo brings a diverse set of subject matter experts to facilitate one-of-a-kind professional development and skills-based sessions.

ExFo is designed to place participants in learning sessions and in networking groups that most closely align with your organizational level, role/function, and professional interest. Participants will be asked for career information and preferred cohorts during registration to help ensure a quality learning experience.
