  • Two conference rate is for Wednesday/Thursday, Wednesday/Friday, or Thursday/Friday.  

One Day Conference Rate:   $225.00 early bird, register after April 1st:  $275.00

Student Registration Rates:

The registration fee includes all course materials and meals during conference days (Welcome reception, breakfast (3), lunch (2), breaks). IMPORTANT REMINDER:   A participant may sign in no more than 10 minutes late and must attend the full day to receive credit for that day.  Must sign in at registration desk each morning before first session begins.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

To receive a refund, cancellations must be received in writing by March 31, 2023. Your paid tuition, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be returned. No REFUNDS will be granted after March 31, 2023.

Jefferson OBGYN reserves the right to cancel or postpone this course due to unforeseen circumstances, and/or changes in Covid/pandemic conditions. In the event of cancellation or postponement, Jefferson OBGYN will refund registration fees, but is not responsible for related costs or expenses to participants.
