This team workshop supports intensive, focused planning around improving student success on your campus. Facilitated by HLC's Student Success Academy Scholars, Susan Hatfield and Jenny Schanker, the workshop begins with activities to help you begin to identify data and information gaps around who you serve and the success of your students. Institutional teams will then work on designing and planning a project or initiative to help your students achieve their educational goals.
The workshop is designed to support teams in all stages of project planning and will include a segment on planning for the evaluation of initiatives.
Who Should Attend?
To support institution-wide, sustainable improvement efforts, institutions should send a team of 4-8 people representing units across the campus that will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating student success initiatives.
