Third person sharing the room (under 11 years old): $1,195.00.
Third person sharing the room (over 11 years of age): $1,595.00.
$500 per person commitment deposit required at time of sign up. Final balance will be due at time of airline ticketing.

Midwest does not have the ability to issue checks to a second party vendor.
