Parking & Shuttle

We are excited to welcome UNC Real Estate Conference attendees to Chapel Hill, home of the University of North Carolina. Whether it's your first time or you're returning home, we hope to make your time in Chapel Hill a memorable visit. Conference Parking & Shuttle

• Attendees are encouraged to consider utilizing a hotel shuttle, Uber, Lyft or other rideshare options that will take you to the Smith Center.
• Attendees should NOT park in surface lots around the Smith Center or risk being towed. 
• Parking for conference attendees is available (first come, first served) at the Rams Head Deck. There will be a $10 gate fee (card only) upon entry. A gate attendant will be present to assist you. 
  • In the event that the Rams Head Deck fills to capacity, guests will be directed to park in a different deck and the shuttle drivers will be notified. 
• A shuttle between the Rams Head Deck and the Smith Center will run in a continuous loop from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m.
