About the Event
The UNC Real Estate Conference is hosted annually by the Leonard W. Wood Center for Real Estate Studies and brings together industry leaders, students, faculty and alumni for a lively discussion of current commercial real estate trends. Held in the iconic Dean E. Smith Center, conference attendees have the unique opportunity to network with real estate professionals from top companies, hear from thoughtful speakers and enjoy a great time in Chapel Hill. Made possible through the generosity of corporate sponsors, this event funds many of the programs offered by the Wood Center to prepare the next generation of commercial real estate professionals.

Registration
Registration for the 2026 UNC Real Estate Conference is now open. To register, please click "Register Here" at the top right hand corner of this page. Please take note of the registration fees and corresponding deadlines below:
- Early Registration - February 2-28 - $450
- Regular Registration - March 1-31 - $550
- Last Minute Registration - April 1-15 - $750
- Day of Registration - April 16 - $850
The final date to request a registration refund is Wednesday, April 1. After this date, we will be unable to issue registration refunds due to contractual obligations with our caterers. To request a refund, please email kelsey_faulkner@kenan-flagler.unc.edu.
