Exhibitor Information

Regular Registration $390 (Available until 11/19) | Late Registration $445 (After 11/19)

Exhibit Table Description:
(1) 6’ covered exhibit table with (2) chairs and up to (2) on-site reps

Electric and Wi-Fi:
Exhibitors and sponsors are required to bring their own equipment/AV needs. PSCA will provide access to electricity if requested in advance (no additional charge—exhibitor responsible for providing extension cord and power strips). Wi-fi is complimentary at this year’s conference.

12:30pm-1:45pm Exhibit Hall Opening, posters displayed
Exhibit Hall will remain open all day

6:15pm-8:00pm Exhibit Hall Fun Night & Posters

Friday, December 9

8:00am-9:00am Breakfast in Exhibit Hall
Announcements/Keynote begins at 9:00am

12:00pm-1:00pm Exhibitor Closing & Lunch
Lunch and closing ceremony will be held in the Licoln Theater. Any exhibitors who contributed a prize for the closing will be able to do the drawing at the lunch.

1:00pm (after lunch) Exhibitor Tear Down
