Saturday, September 10, 5:45 am-8:00 am. Sorry, no set-up is available on Friday evening.
Exhibit Hours:
Saturday, September 10, 7:00 am-12:30 pm, and Sunday, September 11, 7:00 am-12:30 pm.
Dismantle:
Sunday, September 11, by 12:00 pm.
Food & Beverage:
Breakfast & Breaks will be served in Exhibit Hall.
Exhibit Table Space Assignment:
Space will be assigned in the order of payments & registrations received. Preferred placement will be given to PRS Corporate Partners.
Shipping Instructions:
(Applies to UPS, FedEx, US Mail, etc.) Materials shipped to The Hershey Lodge will be accepted no earlier than Tuesday, September 6, 2022. Materials received earlier than September 6 may be refused or subject to a storage fee.

Delivery Instructions:
(Applies to UPS, FedEx, Yellow Freight, Roadway, etc.) In the event you are having items delivered, materials will be accepted no earlier than Tuesday, September 6. Items delivered prior to September 6 may be refused or subject to a storage fee. The Hershey Lodge requires an approximate drop-off and pick-up schedule. Hotel staff will bring shipped items to the Exhibit Hall.
Vendors will be solely responsible for pick-up arrangements:
General Shipping Rules:
- Individuals must arrange for shipping items off of property. Monday pick-up is fine.
- All boxes must be secured and taped closed.
- All boxes must be labeled with shipping information on packages.
- Delivery trucks must be equipped with a lift gate for pick-up and delivery.
- The Hershey Lodge requires an approximate drop-off & pick-up schedule.
- You may leave your items in the Exhibit area and The Hershey Lodge will move them to the shipping area.
