What does my exhibit table include?
- (1) 6-foot tabletop display, draped & skirted.
- Breakfasts & morning breaks served in Exhibit Hall.
- Permission-based attendee list sent prior to the meeting. An updated list will be provided following the program.
- Company recognition on signage & onsite materials.
- (2) Company representative name badges. A maximum of (2) company representatives, per exhibit table, are permitted on the exhibit floor at any given time. (Additional badges may be purchased.) Company representatives may view educational sessions; however, name badges must be removed before entering the lecture hall. No business may be discussed once inside the lecture hall.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes.
Exhibit companies will incur a cancellation fee of $60.00 if cancellation occurs on or before Saturday, June 11, 2022. Exhibit companies will incur a cancellation fee of 20% per 6-foot tabletop display if cancellation occurs within 30-90 days of the Pennsylvania Rheumatology Society (PRS) Annual Meeting (June 12 - August 11, 2022.) Refunds will not be issued 29 prior to the event. (Refunds will not be issued after August 11, 2022.)
Acknowledgement:
All companies providing support to the PRS Annual Meeting in 2022 through exhibit table purchase will be acknowledged at the meeting and on associated literature distributed prior to the meeting.
When is my payment due?
Exhibit payments are due by August 27, 2022.
