Airport Shuttle Information

New York Agriculture in the Classroom will be providing an airport and hotel shuttle on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 and on Friday, July 1, 2022.

There is no charge for the shuttle, and pre-registration is not necessary.

Please see this map for the shuttle pick up location outside of baggage claim.

You will be looking for a school bus labeled as First Student. Because this is a school bus, please note that there is no luggage storage under the bus, and you bags will need to placed in the seats at the front of the bus, or kept with you for the ride. It is approximately 30 minutes between the airport and the hotel.

Pick-ups will be every hour on the hour from 10am until 4pm.

4pm will be the last shuttle pick-up for the day.

The shuttle will drop off at both the Hilton and the Courtyard Marriott.

Friday, July 1, 2022

From the Hilton (Pavilion Entrance) & the Courtyard Marriott

Pick-ups will be every hour on the hour from 11am until 6pm.

6pm will be the last shuttle pick-up for the day.

The shuttle will drop off at the Albany International Airport

Albany Airport is served by a number of major car rental services.
