Please do not ship your items to the Saratoga Hilton earlier than Wednesday, June 22, 2022. If your package arrives
prior to June 22, 2022, hotel will refuse, and shipment will be returned to the sender due to their limited storage space.
To ensure your packages get delivered to the appropriate place, please update the fields highlighted in yellow and have it taped on each box.

Your shipment will be delivered and stored in meeting room Phila. Please stop by NAITC Information desk located on the
lower lobby of the Hilton to get a key to Phila to retrieve your boxes.
OUTGOING
Saratoga Springs City Center does NOT have an onsite FedEx or UPS office.
The New York Agriculture in the Classroom program will be able to process your shipment, create and print labels, and invoice you via email for your shipping charge. Onsite payments via cash, check, or card will not be available.
You may also bring pre-printed UPS ONLY shipping labels.
Packing tools such a tape and scissors will be available. A small number of boxes will be available, but it is recommended to re-use the boxes from your original shipment if possible.
Please visit the designated shipping room to process your shipping label, or drop off your packages with UPS pre-printed labels.

Thursday, June 30, 2022 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Friday, July 1, 2022 from 7am to 9am, and 12pm to 2pm
NAITCO and the Saratoga Springs City Center are not responsible for any packages left in the room without a UPS label, or dropped off after 9:00 am.
