RATES AND RESERVATIONS

All reservations must be made through the official agency for the program. Rooms have been blocked and reserved at discounted rates for program attendees.  Rooms are NOT guaranteed without payment and are not included in the program registration fee.  ALL ROOMS MUST BE BOOKED BY 12/20/21.

Rates are expressed  in USD per person on double-occupancy basis for the duration of the stay Feburary 6 - 12, 2022. Single suplement and extensions available upon request. Inventory is limited and can only be guaranteed at the time of deposit. 

• Junior Suite Tropical View  - $2,250  per person/double occupancy
• Preferred Club Jurnior Suite Tropical View - $2,450 per person/double occupancy
• Preferred Club Junior Suite Tropical View - $4,750 per person/single occupancy
• Other room categories may be available upon request.
• Single occupancy is also available for an additional per person fee. Contact us for information.

Hotel Deposit & Payment Schedule:

Full payment due for hotel by 12/20/21
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All cancellations received prior January 2, 2022 will incur 2 nights penalty plus $50.00 administrative fee. All cancellations received on or after January 2, 2022 will incur 100% penalty. 

Rooms are all officially provided through Rethink FIT’s relationship with tour operator Apple Vacations. All terms and conditions are pass-through requirements on behalf of the tour operator. 
 

BOOKING TRAVEL

Reserve your air travel for coordinated hotel reservations and ground transfer service directly through Rethink FIT Travel, the official retreat service provider, at no additional cost. Additional fees may apply for cancellations and customized, complex or multi-leg itineraries. Contact us for support!

LOCAL INFORMATION & CUSTOMS

All travelers will be required to present a valid passport upon arrival at the hotel. Your Tourist Card, issued on arrival at the airport, will also be required for presentation. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months from your date of departure. 

COVID- 19 INFO:  Mexico currently does not require any additional quarantine or proof of vaccination upon entry into the country. Note that this policy may change and is subject to local and federal law.  The resort offers on-site testing at no charge for those who require it to return to home destinations. 

PROGRAM POLICIES

Everyone is warmly welcomed, equally and with open arms. Your program host and its partners will never discriminate for any reason. Our objective is to create a safe, sacred, respectful and loving environment for all. For all full disclosures and agreements, review the Terms & Conditions during the registration process.

Registration Payments:  The program registration fee is due at the time of registration. 
All payments must be made no later than December 20, 2021

Hotel Payments:  Rethink FIT Travel has secured the rooms to guarantee rates and availability on behalf of our attendees. All room payments are due in full by 12/20/21. During the registration process, select your preferred room type and provide a credit card only to HOLD and reserve the room. Charges will NOT be applied until you and the Rethink FIT Travel team have reviewed and confirmed the request.  

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Change happens. We get it. In the event of cancellation, name transfers for your program registration are available through 30 days prior to the program arrival date; $100 transfer fee will apply. For all cancellations a $50 administrative fee will apply. 

90+ Days Out – 100% refundable
60 – 89 Days Out – 75% refundable
30-59 Days Out – 50% refundable
Less than 30 days – nonrefundable, but transfers may still apply
