** Non-Member full conference registration (In-Person and Live Stream) includes one-year membership to ACMA. Anyone registering with a 100% discount will not receive a membership; must pay a minimum of $135 in order to receive a membership.

REGISTRATION PROCESSING & CONFIRMATION

  • Registrations received without full payment prior to the deadline for Early or Regular pricing will not automatically qualify for the discounted rate. The applicable rate will be assessed at the time full payment is received.
  • Registrants will be charged automatically according to the registration status selected and will not be eligible for a refund in the event that the registration status was incorrect. For example:
    • An ACMA member who registers as a non-member will be charged as a non-member. An individual who completes a single registration will not be eligible to later be added to a group registration.
  • If you need special accommodations such as dietary restrictions and/or special accessibility needs, include this on your registration. If you have additional questions, please contact ACMA at 501-907-2262.

PRIVACY POLICY & MARKETING ACTIVITIES

By submitting your email address as part of your conference registration, you agree that ACMA may send you case management and/or conference related information. Per organizational policy, ACMA does not rent or sell contact lists. A valid email address if required for all conference registrations.

 

Attendees are prohibited from distributing materials or otherwise marketing themselves or businesses at the conference unless they are a paid exhibitor. This applies to all areas of the conference facility, including the exhibition areas, session rooms and break areas. Paid sponsors and exhibitors may exhibit in the exhibition area and must limit marketing activities to their designated area (confines of their booth) or other paid sponsorship event. ACMA reserves the right to use any photograph or video for general marketing purposes taken at any event sponsored by ACMA without expressed written permission.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have already registered for the conference and need to change your method of attendance (Live-Stream versus In-Person) you can do so by modifying your registration until Friday, April 8. After this date, registrants requesting a change in format must do so by contacting the ACMA National office. Registrants requesting a change in format must do so by sending an email to conferences@acmaweb.org and provide their full name as it appears on their registration, registration confirmation number and the reason they are requesting a change of format.

Registrants who have paid and find that they are unable to attend may request a full refund, less a $100 processing fee, if it is more than 60 days prior to the event. Registrants will not receive a refund for non-attendance cancellations less than 60 days prior to the event. In addition, no shows will not receive a refund or credit.
 
Registrants requesting a refund must do so by sending an email to conferences@acmaweb.org and providing the full name as it appears on their registration along with the registration confirmation number. Refunds will be provided in the same manner in which the registration was paid. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days of approval.
 

GUESTS

Sessions, events, and exhibits can only be attended by registered attendees. A name badge is required to enter all conference events, including the exhibit hall. Guest passes are only available for the Closing Party. Children are not allowed at any of the conference events.
